YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE
A Creative planner. You will help develop comprehensive communications plans for assigned products which support approved marketing strategies.
An Innovative Project Manager. You will manage the development of clients projects, from initiation to completion, on time, within budget and on strategy.
A Budget coordinator for clients. You will supervise advertising expenditures on assigned products.
A Communicative leader. You will communicate with the Management Supervisor on a regular and consistent basis as to the status of account, meetings, issues, etc. You will communicative with all Agency personnel to ensure assigned projects are correctly executed, on time and within budget. You are responsible to Clients and Agency management for on-time execution, Legal and Medical accuracy, and satisfactory appearance of assigned communications projects.
YOU WILL:
Plan for new product opportunities. Conduct input sessions with Clients, Agency, Public Relations and Professional Communications to discuss communications plans for new product opportunities, new product launches, and annual marketing plans.
Develop creative platforms for assigned brands. Provide strategic input for Creative Team of Copywriter and Art Director and participates in creative development sessions. Prepare creative platform prior to campaign development.
Present campaigns to clients. Present recommended consumer and professional audience campaigns and tactics to Clients, with the assistance of key Agency Account Management and Creative staff, when appropriate. Conduct strategy review meetings for Creative and Legal/Medical.
Recommend media and sales promotional opportunities. Work closely with Media analyst in developing media schedules. Meets regularly with journal and video representatives to keep current on industry trends/information.
Supply clients with accurate and timely budget reports. Provide clients with reports of budgeted versus actual expenditures. Provide budget guidelines to Creative and Production teams on assigned projects. Recommend to clients budget revisions which adjust to budgeted levels or increase or decrease advertising spends in the face of market or competitive activities.
Qualifications
YOU BRING:
Undergraduate degree within a relevant course of study or equivalent combination of education and experience, a graduate degree strongly preferred or experience equivalent to an undergraduate degree.
Experience and knowledge of general advertising principles and concepts within the healthcare environment.
At least 3 years work experience.
