OVERVIEW
This role provides leadership for the execution of Supply Chain Planned Maintenance systems in line with Zero Loss Culture Planned Maintenance Pillar Standards. This position must have the ability to partner with a team of engineers and develop strategic plans to support priority plants and systems.
This role is unique in that in addition to the reliability leader responsibilities, this role will also support Storeroom Inventory Management (SIM) strategic initiatives and reports to the Global Maintenance & Relibability Manager.
This position is based in Minneapolis, but is remote eligible
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Reliability Leader Initiatives (approx. 50%)
Build and maintain a strong working relationship with Maintenance Leadership, Planners, Storeroom personnel, Engineers, Operators, and Mechanics within the plants they support and the Engineering Solutions team
Ability to build capability in Maintenance Leaders in the field
Develop and foster a communication network that promotes interaction between corporate, Engineering Solutions, and plant maintenance
Provide leadership to ensure supported plants develop a robust Maintenance and Reliability Master Plan
Develop expertise in the maintenance organization and systems
Institute a zero-breakdown methodology using Zero Loss Culture tools and processes
Engage and participate in the development of strategy, direction, and execution of maintenance/reliability across the Global Supply Chain
Demonstrate safety leadership at all plants through actions, engagement, and support
Global ownership of PM Systems(s)
Lead other Global Maintenance and Reliability initiatives as necessary
Storeroom Inventory Management (SIM) Initiatives (approx. 50%)
Partner with Global SIM Owner to develop and execute plans to deliver HMM targets.
Develop expertise in financial policies with respect to our plant's storerooms and their operation
Advance capabilities to reduce our working capital for the Maximo based plants.
Lead removing barriers in our current systems to enable extending the life of our assets
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, from ABET accredited program
Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance, reliability, and manufacturing
Good understanding and a broad range of experience in equipment design, fabrication, and maintenance
Knowledge of the different crafts skills, duties, and capabilities
