C&F is on a mission to bring General Mills' great brands to people everywhere they go away from home. We are seeking a leader to become our next Yogurt & Portfolio Builders Marketing Associate (MA) to join our dynamic, results-oriented team as we fuel the continued growth on these businesses.
In this role, you will support the full portfolio of Yogurt and Portfolio Builder brands we sell away from home (Yoplait, ParfaitPro, GoGurt, Trix Yogurt, Pillsbury, Progresso, Old El Paso, Annie's, Muir Glen, etc.) and shape how these brands show up in channels such as K12 schools, colleges, hotels, hospitals, Hello Fresh mealkits and many more. As the Marketing Associate for this team, you will be responsible for leading project management, commercialization, and data analytics. In addition, this role leads Demand Review for these businesses.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead Project Management Tasks
* Timeline, key commercialization dates, team meetings for innovation, renovation, Holistic Margin Management (HMM - continuous improvement to maximize return on investment) and Strategic Revenue Management (SRM - pricing) Price/Pack/Architecture (PPA)
* Manage project timeline using the Critical Path Worksheet (CPW)
* Drive input of cross-functional data for package creation or renovation (via ECLIPS and Step)
* Performance assessment of new launches
* Owns budget management and tracking for Product Portfolios
Data & Analytics
* Business Analysis & Demand Review
* Gleans implications from data and partners with Associate Channel Manager (ACM) to develop performance narrative
* Lead monthly team analysis into business performance and work with team to develop recommended action items to drive performance
* Provide product details for sales materials
Ad-Hoc Projects for Team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree
* Strong project management skills: ability to manage and prioritize across multiple complex projects (attention to detail & accuracy)
* Cross Boundary Effectiveness (Collaboration)
* Strong PC Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
* Must meet minimum 12-month time in role requirement before applying
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years' experience
* Preferred familiarity with GMI systems (ECLIPS, SharePoint, Nielsen, Spotfire)
