As a manager in the Strategic Provider Management team, you will be a member of a team responsible for ensuring that Prudential optimizes key strategic provider relationships during the entire lifecycle of the relationship from transition to operations. Reporting directly for the Director, Strategic Provider Management, you will be part of a fast-paced team responsible for delivering exemplary business impact through strategic sourcing. Leveraging your capabilities in business management, analysis, sourcing, and te chnology, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sourcing governance and transition management program materials, tools and documentation as well as supporting ongoing monitoring and oversight. You will help to execute a program to ensure comprehensive governance of all aspects of strategic partner performance, to include but not limited to vendor issue tracking and resolution, financial baselining and measurement, tracking and monitoring of operational metrics and performance, and risk registers. Support for transition of Prudential work to strategic vendors is part of the remit; you will perform program management tasks as work shifts to partners and locations. Key responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a range of program data and performance metrics to include but not limited to contract inventories, SLAs, KPIs, and service catalog information - Develop and maintain an issues register and track resolution - Develop, maintain, compare, and tra ck enterprise-wide strategic sourcing financial performance to include: - business cases and financial models - operational metrics - Operational metrics to provide like comparisons across the enterprise - Risk factors - Support implementation and maintenance of processes and systems that support governance and transition, including but not limited to creating a central repository for all Global Technology vendors and applicable vendor information, due diligence results, risk ranking and performance results. - Monitor performance against the Global Technology Sourcing Blueprint, tracking service quality and other metrics; develop and maintain reporting - Provide process support to business units and corporate centers - Support other Workforce and Sourcing Solutions team members requests for insights and analysis - Assist with the facilitation and coordination of working team meetings supporting the team - Develop processes and templates to facilitate Quarterly Business Review*s and other governance routines. *- BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent. MBA a plus. - 5-7 years overall business, project management and/or financial/statistical analysis experience. - Minimum of 3 years sourcing/vendor governance and related experience in the Financial Services/Insurance industry Technical competencies: - Knowledge of best practice information technology sourcing strategies. - Knowledge of and experience working with leading technology tools and management software/systems - Strong Excel, Power BI, and Tableau skills - Experience with data structure and aggregation, modeling, and analysis; pivot table experience essential. - Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects. - Ability to develop crisp, succinct PowerPoint presentations that clearly convey information - Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving acumen - Exce llent oral and written communications skills and presentation skills with a focus on informing, influencing and relationship building. - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, including the ability to interface with members of senior management. - Demonstrated leadership and partnering skills, including success in influencing others outside of direct reporting line. *-
