The Prime Settle Experience (PSX) team seeks talented engineers who take great pride in both the technical and business contribution of their work. You will be given the chance to have a significant impact on our systems, our business and most importantly, our customers. You will build out entirely new capabilities on Native AWS while working closely with the business team to design, develop, and deliver new features that will delight Prime and non-Prime customers. You will design, implement, and deliver highly available, highly scalable services using a variety of core languages and technologies including Java, NodeJs, React to name a few.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C including object-oriented design
1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design
Computer Science fundamentals in data structures
Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
Knowledge of, at least, one modern programming language such as Java, C, C++, C
Industry experience building native AWS systems at scale
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Experience building complex and large scale software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
