As the Program Manager for AWS Digital Innovation for the Financial Services Industry, you will have an exciting opportunity to shape and execute our global program to enable hundreds of financial institutions drive innovation for their customers, deliver business results, and leverage the AWS platform.

As the Program Manager for AWS Digital Innovation in the Financial Services Industry, you will play a central role in developing, planning, and guiding the scaling the program worldwide including: how we create, maintain, and implement content management; evaluate the success of the program and program artifacts as measured through field usage and ratings, learning from the data captured to create more compelling ongoing program and content strategies. You will ensure strong interlock with our geo-based teams, addressing local program and content requirements. A primary measure of success is when sellers have a consistent collection of bar-raising assets, know where to find them, and achieve a high level of productivity using them.

A successful candidate will have experience in building large-scale, fast-growing programs for enterprise customers, building and managing data systems to give insight into the program, developing success metrics, and tracking progress towards them. Consequently, the right candidate must have deep expertise with managing of Salesforce, Tableau, and other CRM systems with an eye for continuous user improvements. This role requires strong global collaboration with the WW team, Digital Innovation Geo Leaders to inform new approaches that can be scaled across the overall program to drive improvements. The right candidate will be able to operate well across a largely virtual, matrixed, and cross-functional team, and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated experience in complex, dynamic program, and project management. Ideally they will have a background in digital innovation, and the financial services industry.

The right candidate will be a highly effective written and oral communicator as well as demonstrate maturity, strong judgment, and the ability to influence. This is a hands-on position a successful candidate must be willing to roll up the sleeves and get things done, as well as be comfortable working with global teams in a dynamic and cross-functional environment. This program will have inter-dependencies with a number of teams across AWS. Typically, cross-functional collaboration includes account teams, sales leaders, partners, professional services, business intelligence, industry BD leaders, and executive marketing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of work experience in building and delivering scalable programs for customer engagement in a technology sales organization
Experience with training or enablement or accreditation
Experience with public and hybrid cloud platforms Education BA or above required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Operational excellence mind-set and experience. Data driven. Excellent problem-solving skills. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage portfolio of complex cross-functional programs and projects
Proven track record of ownership and driving results; doing so in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while working with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our sellers and customers Working knowledge of AWS services and their relevance to enterprise and industry workloads
Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
Passion for enterprise market deep understanding of how enterprises operate and the characteristics of large and global businesses
Recent experience with and demonstrated leadership in the realm of enterprise customer digital innovation or digital transformation
Familiarity with Amazonian leadership principles and mechanisms, notably customer obsession and working backwards
10+ years of relevant work experience in the enterprise and industry markets. Breadth and depth in multiple industry markets and industry ecosystems
MBA or equivalent
