As a Senior Technical Program Manager in this role, you will be part of a passionate team whose missions is to push the frontier of computer vision and machine learning technology into the smart home application area. This is a great opportunity for you to innovate in this space by guiding the team to develop algorithms at the edge and in the cloud, and integrating them into consumer services to enable a premium customer experience. You will engage with a seasoned cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative experiences. In this role, you will:
Use your leadership abilities to drive cross functional development on new solutions from design through delivery.
Work with key stakeholders in product management and leadership to define strategy and requirements.
Work with remote teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines.
Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks and change control.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
5+ years of technical program management experience

Additional basic qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a technical discipline or equivalent experience
7+ years of relevant work experience in technical program/project management in a consumer electronics environment
5+ years of experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing functional and test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets
3+ years of experience analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters or advanced technical degree
Creative leader with superior analytical abilities
Product development (including C++, Java, messaging protocols, and Web Services), and service-oriented architecture experience
Knowledge of hardware development process and lifecycle
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Cross-team coordination and executive presentation skills
