About the Position
Twitch is looking for a people technology specialist who will support the people technology team in the administration and optimization of HR systems and data.
You Will:
Reporting to the Director of People Technology, you'll process and monitor data updates and movement between multiple technology solutions within the company. You'll identify and research issues quickly, working with multiple partners and the support of the people technology analysts to document and bring them to resolution.
Maintain data integrity, ensuring absolute accuracy of all information between multiple systems
Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure data quality and identify areas of potential process improvement
Maintain documentation and support in defining and documenting people technology workflows and processes
Support other people technology team projects
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You Have:
At least 2 years of Human Resources experience in an operational support capacity
Functional, current working knowledge of Workday, including basic report writing
Spreadsheet skills with the ability to perform standard functions and formulas
Focus on data integrity and process improvement
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
