As the Senior Sales Support Specialist, you will provide support to strategic sales executives by monitoring territory and account trends, managing pricing agreement renewals and RFQs, and facilitating account onboarding. What youll do on a typical day:

* Provide reports, statistical data and metrics to sales executives; alert sales regarding lost business, new opportunities, onboarding status, etc.
* Perform pre-call preparation for sales executives
* Maintain the customer account hierarchy structure
* Coordinate with sales, operations, service and others as needed to support customer requirements
* Support the bid management process by working with sales, the customer and pricing to provide bids for new business; manage the pricing agreement renewal process

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, youll need:

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, sales support, customer service, etc.

Itd be great if you also have:

* Associate degree
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
* Knowledge of general business practices related to sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement and logistics
* Ability to prioritize work in line with department, territory and company goals
* Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
* Proven ability to coordinate multiple individuals (or teams) to reach a decision or goal
