As Manufacturing Excellence & Efficiency Technician you will provide Project Management within Wafer Manufacturing Ops in support of
Manufacturing for Critical Line Improvements which improve our Key Product Indicators (Yield, Cycle Time, Efficiency, Productivity and Cost)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Continuous Improvement Project Management
-Initiating and Facilitating projects in GO to improve productivity, efficiency, reduce costs
-Dedicated Smartsheets Project Database Administrator for all Project Based Mfg Ops Projects
-Track Cost, Efficiency, CT improvements
\- Compose and present presentations for Upper Management
* Support Learning and Training DL programs
* Create engaged organization - Employee empowerment and growth with recognition

REQUIRED:

* Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills at all times

* Proactive and organized with a high attention to detail
* Demonstrates advanced proficiency by quickly adapting to new technology and easily acquiring new technical skills
* Exhibits sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction
* Ability to anticipate needs as well as foresee and prevent problems by taking action
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Motivated to work in a fast-pace environment and ability to prioritize proactively, with a sense of urgency
* 2-3 years of experience in Project Management
* Understanding of Lean Methodology
* Wafer Process knowledge beneficial.
* MUST be comfortable in Cleanroom Environment.
* Ability to learn factory systems such as MESA, APC, OCS, SPC etc.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Highly Capable of learning new software and methodologies: Lean, Smartsheet, and others as needs arise
* Highly Capable of Program Deployment within Wafer Mfg Organization
