Job Description
Position Purpose: Responsible for providing effective training that enhances knowledge and develop skills designed to support the employee in their role.
t
* Provide new hire and ongoing training for the Prior Authorization Intake team.
t
* Ability to effectively conduct training both in person and virtually.
t
* Develop educational materials such as job aides, training alerts and manuals.
t
* Maintain database of all training material on the Education SharePoint.
t
* Regular updating of training material to reflect current business practices.
t
* Conduct training requirement analyses to determine specific training needs.
t
* Assist and support staff training inquiries
t
* Support new hire onboarding
t
* Collaborate with leadership on just in time training requirements
Education/Experience:
t
* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
t
* 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
t
* Experience in Prior Authorization intake, highly preferred.
