How will you make an impact?
Ensures work is performed in a safe and responsible manner striving to create an injury-free and incident-free workplace. Provides Area oversight and execution of creation, routing, approval and issuance of critical documents and records that support all phases of product operations. This is a 1st shift role working Monday through Friday.
What will you do?
* Ensures authors are advised of documents requiring periodic review and conduct follow-up to ensure requirements are met per procedure and compliance requirements.
* Serves as a subject matter and technical expert in support of multiple departments and ensure documents and records are accurate to meet specifications, business rules and compliance requirements.
* Represents Department as a technical resource on systems and transactions used to process critical documents/records by working closely with area supervision and management, and with appropriate technical resources to implement system changes and enhancements.
* Trains with other employees internally (receiving and providing training as appropriate) to ensure ongoing support in documentation and record-keeping systems.
* Tracks and coordinates change controls with customers and ensure documentation/record changes are approved by customers per quality agreements.
* Monitors production schedules and work requests for multiple departments and ensures specifications, changes controls, BOMs, labeling and other documents/records are prepared, implements on time and are accurate for use in production and QC areas.
* Provides 2nd verification as assigned to support critical steps within departmental processes.
* Authors and/or provides review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials and participates in user testing of systems to support projects and ongoing maintenance of Document/Records Management or Change Control systems
How will you get here?
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is minimally required.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in office management and use of business computers. Similar experience in managing documents and record in a regulatory or controlled environment. At least three years in the use of office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Equivalency:
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
