We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead both upstream and downstream initiatives for our IntraCranial Atherosclerotic Disease (ICAD) franchise. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our ICAD product portfolio, leading cross-functional efforts to develop and commercialize novel next generation technologies, and working hand-in-hand with regional marketing teams to partner with key opinion leaders across the global physician community. You will apply your technical expertise and strategic acumen to drive both short- and long-term adoption of the Stryker ICAD Solution worldwide.

Responsibilities may include:
* Lead product design from a market and customer needs perspective, serving as a key member of product development core teams to drive voice of customer collection and analysis
* Develop consistent processes for maintaining and strengthening customer engagement, surfacing new and unexpressed customer needs to influence the direction of both product development and commercial programs
* Understand the needs of the primary and secondary customers and articulate different product features and benefits to meet these needs
* Assess and analyze the global competitive landscape through the collection and organization or competitive information to deliver actionable recommendations to improve Strykers competitive positioning
* Synthesize market trends and make recommendations on how to improve franchise strategic focus
* Collaborate in developing key strategic documents (strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etc.) and translate plans into specific marketing activities for execution
* Connect the business goal of the product or portfolio to the overall goal of the business
* Recognize and assess problems, opportunities, and methods for improving existing business performance
* Develop accurate volume forecasts grounded in an understanding of the market and trial dynamics; prepare forecasts that reflect potential risk and uncertainty
* Analyze sales data and identify areas for growth
* Maximize sales effectiveness by developing and maintaining relationships with key cross-functional and regional sales teams to share knowledge and best practices globally
* Develop new strategies, sales tools, and communications for the product portfolio and customer bases, applying technical knowledge in combination with clinical knowledge to educate and articulate value
* Create and deliver sales training tools and resources to drive continued understanding of the product portfolio
What you need
* Bachelors degree in marketing, business, engineering, biology or related discipline required
* MBA preferred
* 4+ years of work experience
* 2-5 years in a marketing, sales or related experience; prior product management experience strongly preferred
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
* Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
* Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
