What you will do
You will coordinate and manage sales support through the education of the sales team on the current product portfolio, problem solving, tool development and projects as assigned.
Responsibilities may include:
* Supports the implementation and execution of the marketing strategy utilizing customer targeting, segmentation and product branding & messaging,
* Supports Annual Marketing Plan creation and execution, including metric tracking
* Supports Commercialization Planning for new products
* Supports marketing campaigns
* Supports and/or manages customer engagement initiatives
* Gathers customer feedback to support marketing strategy
* Interprets market analytics to support strategic decision making
* Provides sales support
* Develops and or initiates the development and production of marketing support material (e.g. product brochures, mailers, product update memos, etc.)
* Assists in the marketing of our products through exhibits, trade shows
* Supports educational labs
* Provides product training
* Provides input in the new product development process.
* Submits periodic reports on assigned topics.
What you need
* Bachelor's degree required
* Ability to generate and explain proposals, guidelines, and procedures
* Ability to analyze and resolve non-routine product issues using independent judgment.
