What Youll Do
As a Manufacturing Engineer here, youll be part of our Engineering team located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of cost-effective manufacturing processes and documentation in accordance with safety requirements, product specifications, and quality standards. Additional areas include research, development, and implementation of improvements to production processes, methods, and controls. Actions will be coordinated in conjunction with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and/or other departments as necessary.

Specifically, youll perform the following duties:

* Coordinates with Operations to develop, maintain, and improve processes and documentation.
* Develops, documents, and facilitates continuous improvement of product assembly and repair methods, standardized assembly tooling/fixtures, and workflow.
* Identifies opportunities for design and/or process cost reduction.
* Engineering department manufacturing liaison - facilitates communication/action between Engineering and Operations.
* Develops and maintains schedules; completes tasks accurately, within deadlines, and with minimal supervision.
* Responsible for supporting all quality measures and procedures.
* All other duties assigned, as appropriate.

What you will need:

* Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a manufacturing specialization, or equivalent.
* Prefer minimum of 7-10 years experience in manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
* Manufacturing experience with mobile, pipeline, agricultural or other off-highway equipment strongly preferred.
* Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Safety, and Quality Assurance.
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
* Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
