* BS Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management required.
* 3-4 years Supply Chain Experience
* 1-2 years of Lean and Six-sigma background
* Go-get mentality, able to self-manage, and constantly seeking improvements to current state
* Strong cross-functional supply chain process knowledge
* Effective project management skills and team leadership skills.
* Advanced computer proficiency ( JDA, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse)
* Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Strong attention to detail required
* Ability to mitigate short term issues through prioritization and anticipation in a long term planning environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to effectively communicate throughout the organization.
* Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and have a passion for excellence
* Demonstrated initiative and willingness to overcome challenges and take risks, and comfortable with change
* APICS Certification preferred

What Youll Do

* Working Capital Management / Inventory Turns
* Manage inventory for specific plants/portfolios to support the working capital turns.
* Maintain limited Excess & Obsolete inventory through management of transitions, and undersells
* Perform regular maintenance and updating of Statistical Safety Stocks using ABC Methodologies
* Best in Class Service Level
* Maintain service level of items planned in order to support overall goal of 98% service level
* Update weekly service level root cause analysis and drive resolution and corrective action of future occurrences
* Minimize short supply challenges, as well as discover, resolve, and communicate recovery
* New Product Introduction
* Successfully deliver New Product through the stages of Capacity Evaluation, Set Up, Production, & Market Delivery
* Coordinate globally with Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams
* Capacity Management
* Proactively conduct regular rhythms of rough cut capacity evaluation of both tooling and manning
* Facilitate Global Capacity Planning to deliver aggressive WC Turns, 98% SL, and appropriate utilization and CapEx
* Planning
* Understand Manufacturing Process Maps to aid order planning with Lean strategies, 5 WHY reviews with Supplier, increasing alignment with Supplier driving reduction of Lead times and MOQs with our Sourcing team
* Become an expert in the JDA supply planning systems to support plant planners and drive planning efficiency
* Regularly review and update system settings for errors to maintain a clean and robust working environment
* Regularly review % to Target, Workbench Capacity, Safety Stock, and plant schedules to achieve WCT turns goals balanced with customer fill rates
* Work collaboratively with all functional areas of the business; Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, Demand Planning, to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities
* Serve as link between suppliers and the market
* Lead or present as the voice of the SBU at S&OP, Capacity Planning, NPP, and Team Meetings
* SFS Improvements
* Develop improvement plans and be able to communicate effectively to various areas in the organization
* Deliver SFS projects that achieve a $100K productivity benefit yearly
