Job Summary
The Ecommerce Category Manager is responsible for maintaining and updating site content and continuously collecting, analyzing and reporting on various forms of data related to all STANLEY Infrastructure ecommerce platforms and partners. In addition, this person will inform and manage content needs across these platforms, including the creation of copy, photo, video and digital content. The successful candidate will apply their understanding of the online marketplace and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to drive brand and product awareness and increase purchase intent, lead generation and conversions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Collect and analyze data from various ecommerce properties related to POS and sales, traffic generation, and site engagement
* Create and distribute regular reporting packages and dashboards for internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis for planning and measurement of success
* Track and socialize performance reporting and present ideas on how evolve and optimize targeting, engagement and up-sell opportunities in appropriate channels.
* Understand and act on relevant analytics to ensure all programs are doing their part to meet program KPIs, highlight insights for the broader team to act on areas identified for improvement to ensure acquisition and high engagement.
* Use data to continuously inform content needs and strategies to generate leads and conversions
* Partner closely with a cross-functional team to plan, develop and deliver strategies that create awareness and site engagement, increase purchase intent, and generate conversions
* Coordinate the creation and acquisition of various forms of dynamic, world class content to continuously improve ecommerce properties and enhance the user experience
* Identify and develop new traffic-driving opportunities to increase reach, customer acquisition and sales
* Track performance of campaigns and KPIs and relay actionable insights to business stakeholders
* Partner with cross-functional team to ensure optimization and tracking within CRM as well as for marketing automation and paid media campaigns

Knowledge, Skills,& Abilities
BA or BS required (Marketing preferred), or BA/BS + equivalent experience.
3+ years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce experience a plus
Strong background in data collection and analysis and content strategy and coordination
Experience with various data sources and web analytics and reporting tools including Google (GA/GTM), Drupal or similar CMS, Salesforce.com and Pardot, PIM and ERP systems
Basic understanding of latest SEO trends, web traffic and ecommerce conversion metrics
Experience creating ecommerce content
Hands on understanding of web front-end languages (HTML 5, CSS), standards, and best practices
