You'll be responsible for Service Assurance for the Data, Analytics & Digital Capability and partner with Solution Delivery Teams, Support Teams, and Customers to ensure that all applications and infrastructure that supports this capability meet required service levels and have the highest level of resiliency, stability and availability. You will bridge the gap between Business Unit requirements and quality of the services provided by the IT Operations organization. Ensures that IT services are provided to stakeholders at the agreed quality levels and costs.

* Knowledge of BI and other Analytical platforms.
* Understand of basic data architecture concepts
* Knowledge of middleware platforms like Biztalk and Agora
* Release management planning tools
* Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies
* ITIL / Service Management
* Integration Technologies
* Disaster recovery / business continuity planning
* Mobile technologies
* Undergraduate degree and 5+ years relevant experience, or
* Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
* 1-3 years of leadership experience a plus.
What Youll Do
As an IT Operations Capability Service Assurance Lead, youll be part of our Corporate IT team located remotely.
Specifically, youll:
* Be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of application enhancement in the Digital and Data Analytics tower.
* Make sure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and take necessary steps for improvement.
* Act as the single point of contact for Business Relationship Manager with respect to service-related issues
* Have the ability to work seamlessly across multiple stakeholders and Senior leadership teams and Vendor Partners towards common objective.
* Partner with a managed service provide, provides consolidated reporting view of all maintenance and production support activities for the salesforce tower and the applications with the tower.
* Monitor key service delivery processes and resources to identify opportunities for more efficient delivery and implementation of new systems and services
* Participate in the overall planning and design or the specific core business systems
* Engage all stakeholders including more senior individuals and performing suppliers in order to convince and influence them to address and resolve issues
* Develop the systems and processes to ensure that business, project and employee needs are met in the assignment of staff to projects
