Position Title: Contract Coordination Administration
Job Purpose:
Responsible for verification of CRR and POs, and associated paperwork to prepare a complete contract package in Oracle. Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed. Checks submitted documents for completeness and compliance with federal or state regulations and company policy.
Nature of Duties:

* Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed.
* Checks submitted documents for completeness and compliance with federal or state regulations and company policy.
Education and Experience:
* Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of Oracle related experience
* Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures.
* . Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
* Detail oriented, organized
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
