CSSA Graduate Program:
Customer Success Strategy and Architecture graduate program provides the opportunity for a current graduate student for a full-time internship role within our Customer Success Organization. You will have continuous development and growth opportunities centered on Technology, Architecture and Customer.
The internship provides:
* Exposure to the latest technologies.
* Exposure to business process from different industry verticals.
* Learn and work with state-of-the-art integration/API technologies.
Role Responsibilities
As an Associate Technical Consultant Intern, you will:
* Quickly Learn the product technology.
* Learn about how CSSA function works alongside experienced team member.
* Work on internal and external assignments that will help scale CSSA function.
* Apply your passion and bring new ideas to make things great.
Minimum Requirements
* Must be a current student pursuing Graduate/Masters Degree, ideally with previous internship experience
* Familiar with and Passionate about Technology
* Self-motivated
* Eager to learn and enjoy dynamic environment
* Great communication skills
* High level of flexibility and adaptability
