ROLE SUMMARY

The US Prostate Cancer Business is one of the largest and fastest growing businesses within Pfizer. It is anchored by a multi-billion-dollar asset in XTANDI, a newly licensed product in ORGOVYX, and an additional asset in our near term pipeline. XTANDI has had a profound impact on the marketplace, helping many prostate cancer patients since its FDA approval in 2012. There is a robust marketing, medical and lifecycle plan which includes ongoing clinical trials. XTANDI has had multiple new indication launches in the past two years and is preparing for its next indication launch in nmCSPC.

The Sr. Manager, Consumer Marketing position is a great opportunity for a talented, high energy marketing colleague to lead on several important & innovative patient initiatives to drive the continued growth of XTANDI. The role will be responsible for working with our co-promote partner (Astellas) to develop and execute all patient support marketing materials as well as pull through on the launch of the brands first patient activation campaign. The role requires someone who is creative and innovative with strong project management skills. It also requires the ability to work in a fast paced, team-based, matrix environment with our co-promote partner and our portfolio marketing teams.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Pull through the development of tactics that support the launch of the brands first multimedia patient activation campaign.
* Manage the development and updating of all other patient support /patient access and affordability materials.
* Partner and lead the pull through of select internal unbranded initiatives seeking to support prostate cancer patients
* Continuously measure the impact of marketing initiatives, generating early learning, and driving continuous improvement in order to achieve budget
* Participate in development and execution of the US annual operational and tactical plan to achieve financial and business goals
* Identify and track overall performance and KPIs for key patient tactics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
* Manage projects through both joint RC and Pfizer-only RC to ensure impact and compliance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing required; Previous in-line, US consumer marketing experience preferred
* BA/BS - degree required
* High-energy, proactive self-starter who takes initiative, can function autonomously and has the confidence and ingenuity to initiate and create.
* Demonstrates strong business acumen and excellent communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
* Analytical and creative thinker, tract record of:
* Synthesizing complex information and distilling critical customer insights
* Translating strategy and analysis into executable tactics
* Innovating marketing tactics to drive brand performance
* Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to
* Develop, drive, execute, and measure the impact of complex marketing programs
* Bring clarity to ambiguity and create concrete and actionable plans
* Lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage against a work plan
* Act decisively and be detailed oriented
* Strong team player, demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with experts from a wide range of cross-functional areas, influence, hold people accountable, and is a role model for the Pfizer Values
