This position will have flexible assignment and be assigned on daily need, along with additional assignments and instructions form Leaders, Managers, and Value Stream Team Leaders and Managers. This position will operate and maintain plant equipment in accordance with standard work and building procedures.

1. Monitor and follow all safety preventative measures and practices, including 5S+ safety guidelines 2. Must be capable of following and meeting standard work requirements 3. Must be able to use computer programs to assist in recording data, making labels, printing tooling layouts, obtaining prints and specifications, printing ship-sets, etc. 4. Work safely in accordance with regulations, standards, and procedures, and in a manner that eliminates unreasonable risk to health and the environment. Notify management of unsafe conditions or practices, unlawful activities and activities which present unreasonable health and/or environmental risk. 5. Report all safety and/or environmental incidents to management immediately 6. Promote positive teamwork and be able to foster professionalism with all associates along with internal and external customers 7. Be accountable for process, evaluation, measurement, documentation, and improvement on a continuous basis

High School diploma or GED Similar utility flex experience preferred 1. Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills 2. Sound decision making skills 3. Good math, counting accuracy, reading, and writing skills 4. Be able to exercise continuous mental, visual and audio attention Skills/Competencies: 1. Basic computer skills 2. Vision: Near acuity and accommodation for reading information to perform job tasks 3. Requires constant alertness to surroundings and product quality with attention to detail 4. Must be able to operate all equipment in Materials, including PITs, scales, hoists, etc. 5. Knowledge of using measuring instruments, such as scales, calipers, micrometers, etc. Physical Requirements: 1. Exert 31 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 2. Exert 11 to 30 pounds of force frequently 3. Exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects 4. Must have no previous skin conditions, such as dermatitis or folliculitis, as skin will be exposed to oils and cleaners Ability to work well in a team environment Employee must successfully complete Pre-employment screening
