Job Summary

Control and schedule the flow of goods, information, and resources from goods-in and production to distribution while maintaining all Quality and Safety measures.

The Shipping Coordinate will be responsible for managing outbound shipments, including preparation of shipping documents in ERP, EPICOR, and the Broussard TMS.

Job Requirements

* Experience as a Domestic Logistics Coordinator with heavy emphasis on Domestic Out of Gauge cargos
* Knowledge of laws, regulations and requirements for Domestic Trucking, Domestic and International shipping
* FTL, LTL and Partial Trucking, Tracking and Tracing, Lost Freight Recovery and OS&D Experience essential.
* Workday will sometimes require irregular schedule and days in excess of 10 hours to meet customer expectations.
* Standing up to 10 hours daily, walking up to 10 hours daily, bending/stooping up to 10 hours daily, repetitive movement up to 10 hours daily, push/pull up to 10 hours daily, and weekends as required.
* Lifting (weights up to 35 lbs.) regularly

Education & Experience

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Four years of verifiable work experience
* Experience in the freight business in the state of California
