The AI and Innovation marketing team is at the heart of shaping and driving the perception of Microsoft as a leader in AI and innovation. We're a small and nimble team with a huge charter. We're focused on establishing and accelerating Microsoft's leadership in categories ranging from Responsible AI and Autonomous Systems, to Societal Impact and the Health innovation.

We're looking for an agile, curious and creative marketer to join our go-to-market team to scale thought leadership to a broad set of audiences, inclusive of both business and technical roles.

In this role you will lead the development and execution of outbound marketing strategies that build excitement and engagement in Microsoft's vision for AI and innovation. You are a connector who inspires connections! You will connect and partner across the team, and with Microsoft's engines and worldwide teams, to design and execute differentiated thought leadership campaigns and strategies that increase our share of voice, engagement and perception.

Our team has come a long way, we are ambitious, and hugely impactful, but there is so much we have yet to understand about our audiences, and about how to connect with them in ways that matter to them. You will be relentless in your quest to discover new insights, channels and partnerships that help you breakthrough in the competitive market landscape we're in.

* 3+ years building and executing strategies that position your current employer as a leader in AI and/or innovation

* Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a proven track record in inspiring others to take action

* Experience leading and driving multiple complex, global projects spanning different businesses and disciplines with the ability to create clarity and focus

* Experience leveraging data to inform strategies and execution plans

* Experience with digital and social media marketing platforms
