As a 3DXP Product Development Team Lead you will lead and drive effective collaboration of a cross-functional team to successfully deliver a 3DXP System Product into high volume manufacturing. This work will involve product definition, project planning, creating and maintaining schedules, managing risks, product validation and characterization work, executing to Microns qualification requirements, and completing customer product qualifications.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Establish the product development plan objectives, schedule, and budget
* Identify program risks and drive risk mitigation plans
* Drive the completion of technical product specifications that meet customer requirements
* Drive program alignment between multi-functional teams to ensure all low-level dependencies are recorded and tracked
* Define and track drive build plan usage post-delivery into development teams
* Hold multi-functional teams accountable to the schedule and Boundary Agreements
* Hold multi-functional teams accountable for meeting standard interim and final product milestones that achieve their respective requirements/criteria
* Provide weekly program status reports to key stakeholders with inputs from multi-functional teams that include technical status, schedule, risk, quality and other program metrics
* Work with other TPMs and process owners to continuously improve SSD processes
* Understanding and executing Microns SSD Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process
* Demonstrate and model for others effective use of Microns tools and processes
Qualifications:
* 10+ years or equivalent experience in electronic/semiconductor system development, preferably SSD or other mass data storage system
* Knowledge of storage integration into end customer systems and platforms is a plus
* Proven track record of successfully delivering concurrent, multiple complex programs in a multifaceted environment/industry
* 10+ years program management experience, including Agile development methodologies
* Strong meeting leadership, collaboration and influencing skills that result in clear problem resolution and go forward plans
* Ability to work with and maintain good relationships with other cross functional teams, internal and external customers
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with multi-functional development teams and external customers
* Demonstrated quick learning in new situations with high level of self-motivation, passion and dedication
