The Digital Marketing and Commercial Excellence Teams purpose is to help build the next chapter of commercial leadership. This role will deliver an integrated and modern approach to change management, helping to empower our commercial leaders of the future and inspire changes in behaviors and culture. It will have tangible business benefits by reducing time to adoption and enable major behavioural shifts.

The person chosen to do this role will join a dynamic team of Agile, change management, digital, marketing and transformation experts to advance the next chapter of commercial leadership in Human Health (Marketing and Commercial). We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, the ability to lead a team, build strong networks, and have relevant business and change management experience in a global organization.

The role

Reporting to the Change Leadership Director, the Associate Director will support defining the change approach and execute where relevant, prioritized initiatives and projects to reduce time to adoption and enable major behavioral shifts. The role will include:

* Support the development of change management and communications strategy for DMCE to ensure we engage our senior stakeholders and internal customers, and are positioned as a strong thought leader that delivers business value

* Ensure there is strong connectivity with relevant parts of the organization to drive one change story, including with DnA

* Work with project leads to build and execute on actionable and targeted change plans for projects and initiatives to accelerate new behaviors and reduce time to adoption, including a strong test and learn approach with measurement at the core

* Develop relationships and collaborate with Communications, Global Learning & Development, and HR to define and help build the strategic capabilities that will empower commercial leaders of the future

Required education, qualifications and experience:

* Bachelor's degree or international equivalent from an accredited university

* At least 6 years experience in a commercial environment with clear examples of how you have driven measurable change

* Team-oriented, foster inclusive, collaborative, agile work environment

* Commercial and strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically and critically in developing solutions that align with the wider context of the organization

* Analytical skills: Ability to understand and comfortably use the financial, employee, performance and any other data that comes your way

* Communication and influencing: Strong written and verbal communications across multiple channels with ability to concisely deliver key messages and ability to influence through networks adopting a win-win approach

* Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people from all levels and parts of the organization

* Ability to bring structure to the undefined, manage volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity with comfort

Overall, we expect you to model the growth mindset with continuous improvement at the core of your approach be transparent, inspect regularly, adapt where needed, and call us out if we dont do the same! We are all learning something new every week, but the road is long and there are many barriers curiosity and resilience are probably the most important attributes youll need to succeed.

The role will require travel up to 25% travel. Although the need for travel will be defined based on business requirements and how effective we can be at supporting projects virtually.
