PrSM Test Program Set Development Test Engineering Technical Lead - This position will lead the various PrSM TPS development related projects. Lead a team of test engineers in supporting the PrSM TPS program development efforts. Provide TE management coverage for program status meetings, risk meetings, new proposal efforts, CAM reporting efforts, IMS schedule inputs, and various IPT meetings. Interface with other functions to coordinate a working solution for PrSM TPS development. Interface with subcontractors and government counterparts. Mentor and lead less experienced engineers making sure TE policies and procedures are followed. Experience with the National Instruments toolset; specifically: Test Stand and LabVIEW is desired.
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with Test Equipment and Test Methodologies
Demonstrated experience supporting production Test Equipment
Experience interacting with management and customers in a cross-functional IPT environment
Experience writing proposals
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Experience in RF technology and test equipment
Experience with the principles and requirements of missile design, integration and test efforts
Experience with BOE generations
Experience generating test equipment requirements and design assurance
Experience with Test Equipment Design
CAM certification
Experience with the National Instruments toolset; specifically: Test Stand and LabVIEW is desired.
