As a Verification, Validation, Integration and Test Engineer, you will:
Support development of the LM400 IRAD baseline
Support technical insertion to relevant programs
Support LM400 requirements and verification team projects and coordinate regularly with key partners to maintain program objectives
Be responsible for developing test scripts, procedures, and other documentation needed to conduct spacecraft testing
Have excellent organization and troubleshooting skills and be proficient in understanding hardware/software design, requirements generation, product development, test execution, and verification activities

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with testing and problem solving for integrated systems
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
Desired Skills:
Experience in a test and requirements verification environment
Experience in Space Vehicle (SV) Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, satellite software test systems, and electrical ground test equipment
Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience in Space Vehicle Integration and Test, including: Baseline Ambient, Full Functional, Thermal Vacuum, Acoustic, EMC/EMI, Final Functional, and Launch Base Operations
Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
Masters Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
