Lockheed Martins Missiles & Fire Control division is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer for the Advanced Threat Warning System (ATWS) Program and IRADs at our site in Orlando, Florida.

To be considered for this role you must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation w/in the last 6 years. Due to the classified nature of this program all work will be done onsite.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Working multiple disciplines (EE, ME, SWE, etc.) to support product development integration activities for multiple programs and IRADs.

- Assist the primary I&T POC for efforts with product testing, integration checkout of HW and SW, and developing test plans, test documentation, support meetings, and status to senior leadership.

- Overseeing updates, lab testing, integration activities, and occasional travel to support flight testing and integration.

- Analyzing sensor test results and troubleshoot findings

- Executing characterization tests using standard Test Equipment (PNA's, Sig Gens, Logic Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers)

- Automating data collection to improve test efficiency

- Collaborating with HW suppliers and integrate sensor components with avionics

- Performing Master Integration and Test Planning and execution

- Supporting maintenance of ICD's in concert with other functional groups

- Supporting test readiness preparation and test readiness reviews

Where can you get to from Orlando? Orlando is about an hour's drive from Cocoa Beach and the space coast to include NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Tampa is about 1.5 hours from Orlando. West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

- Effective task organization and communication skills.

- Prior development program, flight test planning/execution, verification test planning and execution and test report generation experiences are required.

- Experience in systems development, integration and production.

- Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/certification experience.

Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation w/in the last 6 years.
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with the ATWS program/HW.

- Demonstrated experience and success on a technically challenging development program.

- Demonstrated experience presenting to program/senior management.

- Demonstrated experience integrating weapons/sensors onto aircraft and other platforms.

-Demonstrated experience with all aspects of Environmental Qualification Testing.

- Demonstrated expertise with EO/IR concepts, development and field/flight testing.

- Demonstrated experience with System Security and declassification procedures.
