St Francis Hospital
Administer anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist. Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient evaluations.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
Bachelors degree required; Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by AANA council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational programs or it predecessor required
Minimum Education
Graduate of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician assistant (ARC-PA) or its predecessor required
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) X PALS (Operating Room only); Certification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Certification by the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE)
Licenses
Current Georgia License
Minimum Work Experience
Prior work as an anesthetist in an acute care setting is preferred
Prior work history with cardiac anesthesia is beneficial

Our Health Support Center (HSC), in Brentwood, Tennessee, has subject matter expertise in every area of healthcare operations and provider services. The HSC is organized to bring resources to bear across the continuum of care, from before a patient accesses healthcare services to after they are sent home, while keeping quality and compliance at the center.
On a daily basis, our group leaders and subject matter experts are working with our local markets to help develop and implement the right strategies that ensure healthcare thrives in their communities.
