This position requires the majority of work hours on-site and in-plant. Relocation is not offered at this time.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

* Train Operations employees on IPC standards (industry standards)
* Execute technical training programs according to organizational requirements
* Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
* Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
* Maintain and track training data on completed courses, certification expirations, and issues, etc as outlined by IPC
* Observe, evaluate, and report results of training programs
* Excellent communicate and presentation skills
* Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through higher education
* Some overnight travel will be required as needed.
* Some training times on other shifts will be required as needed.

Qualifications:

* Associate's Degree (or similar 2 years post-secondary education/certification) and 4 years of relevant manufacturing & training experience

OR Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant manufacturing & training experience

* 2 years professional experience training adults in a classroom type setting
* 2 years professional experience using Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Additional Skills:

* Familiar with the most common IPC standards
* Hands on experience with the manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies is preferred.
* Any experience training IPC standards is highly desired
* Current Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) preferred
