KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Responsibilities:
* Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to project, program / portfolio management
* Assist with business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients while working with appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines / industries
* Contribute to the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards
* Utilize functional and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues
* Assist in the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
Qualifications:
* A minimum of one year of program analysis or change management experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
* Experience in business transformation projects including process improvement and change management
* Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
* Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S.citizenship
