Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project ManagementAdministrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This positionwill be located in Sunnyvale, CA.
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoingprojects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, projectteam, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; managesschedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resoluteq for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving withproject managers, line managers, and clients.
Roles and responsibilities:
Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements
Compile data from a variety of sources to develop material requirements andspares quantities
Provide support for programs in provisioning and allowance documentation andprepare and maintain associated documentation
Participate in provisioning conferences and physical inventories
Support proposal development by gathering and organizing data and preparingcost estimates and rationale
Research discrepancies and recommend corrective action
Monitor support effectiveness through document reviews, identify issues andprovide recommended solutions
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 6 years relevant experience or Mastersdegree and 4 years relevant experience.
Must be a self-starter, able to prioritize multiple tasks
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Basic experience with MS Power Point
Be comfortable and work well as part of an integrated team
Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of customer compliance documents,government instructions, and government standards
