As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing an organization as well as their financial documents, business processes, and system flows.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentations for all supporting Lines of Business
* Track and review Key Performance Indicators, transaction volumes, and trends
* Present to senior management on status of business, and communicate effectively within a timely manner to management and partner sites
* Work with managers to develop new reporting measures and improve service metrics
* Able to assist in resolving the team queries and act as a reference point for business partners and client service members on technical and service related matters
* Interact with stakeholders to respond to any escalations, client complaints, and summarize findings
* Recognize and act on opportunities to improve processes
