Job Description
The Construction Logistics Operation Analyst works in support of the Oregon Factories and/or other Business units that are customers of CPLG/GLO. The person in this role oversees logistics operations for construction scope and need to have in depth knowledge of the following categories to leverage the existing GLO scope and application for Construction Logistics: Non-Finished Goods, Capital Supporting Items, Capital Tools, and/or On-Site Trucking Network.
The Construction Logistics Operation Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Transportation, Warehousing, Logistics Customer Service, and Support Services. Management of all Intel Managed inbound/outbound shipments (international and domestic) and inventory management in support of the construction project. These might include extremely complex shipments requiring months of preparation to execute. Will oversee the sustaining of the logistics operations and customers/stakeholders. Providing operational data to support supplier allocations and bid activities based on customer requirements and Intel direction.
* Transportation, Contract Logistics, and 3PL Supplier Management, including, supplier operational engagements and interfacing with suppliers on the day to day operations management in support of the Factory Construction Operations. Manage (Measuring performance against) KPI's to measure success in providing the required services. Manage exceptions and irregularities until closure together with Intel sponsor.
* Internal Stakeholder Management. Interacting closely with the GC & Intel Construction management team to understand short and long term needs and develop the required services and support models. Building a supply chain engagement model with critical partners, including FCE, FMS, Construction GC/Trades, GSC, GT, among others. A clear understanding of various stakeholder's R&R. participations and/or facilitation of various forums and operational meetings (Dock Meeting, Inventory Meeting, Internal Sync, Cross site alignment meetings, etc)
* Optimization and cost-savings programs in partnership with Supply Chain and/or other business partners (e.g. Global Supply Management, Corp Services, Corporate Procurement Logistics Strategic Sourcing, Fab Material System, Fab Construction Enterprise). Evaluating logistics quotes from logistics service providers and recording actualized cost savings within the company's own network.
* Process development, documentation, and enhancement in support of logistics functionality (e.g. Dock Team Meeting, Procurement Log, Warehouse Management System, Inventory Management)

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelors in Business or Technical discipline Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing
* 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following Disciplines:
* Warehouse & Transportation Management.
* Logistics supplier management- Logistics construction management with a proven track record of driving supplier performance improvements.
* Experience working efficiently in a virtual environment with multiple sites/geos.
* Work with data (patterns and trends and to draw meaningful conclusions from them).
* This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications:
* Master's in Business or Tech Discipline.
* Lean/Six Sigma skills/qualifications/experience.
* Prior experience supporting or directly working with Factory stakeholders.
* Project management or team leadership roles that required advanced communication and facilitation skills.
* Experience working in a global environment with a proven track record of working in Logistics or other supply chain group.
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Team, Skype).
