We are seeking a motivated, high energy individual to join the Executive Communications, Thought Leadership and Production team. The Executive Communications Specialist will support and execute our communications strategy across a broad set of activities for senior executives, including employee all-team meetings, webcasts, speaking opportunities and social media strategy.

Responsibilities include:

* Create and recommend communications strategy and tactics to executives and their teams
* Support and execute on webcasts, all-team meetings, newsletters and other employee engagement activations for Intel's top executives in partnership with other members of the executive communications team
* Create slides, briefing documents, memos, Q&As and other communications materials for executives
* Build and execute robust social strategy for executives in partnership with the executive communications team, PR, Investor Relations and other key stakeholders
* Provide targeted support of external executive speaking opportunities in partnership with the Corporate Speakers Bureau, including screening and recommending speaking opportunities
* Partner with executive production and broadcast team to support participation of executives at physical and virtual events
* Build out centralized communications calendar, templates, and standard processes for internal and external executive activities
* Track, measure and report out on executive communications metrics

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field

- 3+ years of experience in any communications field (corporate comms, employee comms, Public Relations, or writing and editing)

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience working in Executive Communications is desirable.
