Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all HRIS data entries (e.g., new hires, separations, promotions, LOAs, change of status, etc.) in a timely manner.
Ensure information in the HR Oracle system is accurately updated and reports are generated.
Manage all employee records, ensure the HR Oracle system matches hardcopy files.
Support ADP and Oracle Configurations, Customizations, Integrations, Workflow and Self-Service functionality.
Be the point of contact for all benefits related matters
Assist the team with development and implementation of new hire onboarding initiatives.
Handle un-employment related matters for the company.
Manage all job postings and assist the plant with the full recruitment cycle.
Maintain up to date, legally compliant, and fully documented (e.g., on boarding, change of status, leaves, etc.) files.
Handle the cycle of the leave management process.
Assist with the administrative side of safety process to include, safety training, Osha documents and the work comp process
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Educational and Job Experience Requirements
Minimum of high school/GED
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant HR experience.
Job-related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent customer service skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to calmly and effectively handle stressful situations.
Result oriented.
Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Computer knowledge required (prefer experience with Oracle and proficiency in MS Office)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
