Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The Functional Architect position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design. As a Functional Architect you are expected to have expert SAP Functional experience across multiple Functional Modules. You will be expected to managing scope of work of all the functional teams develop work assignments and put resources across the functional team in the right position to meet client commitments. A strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP financial functional areas is essential.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
* Experience with estimation.
* SAP Team Lead expereince in a variety of different SAP Modules.
* 8+ years SAP experience.
* Strong leadership skills with several years experience as functional team lead.
* Experience managing a team from multiple organizations.
* Expertise in business requirement development and documentation.
* Experience working on complex long-term projects.
* Knowledge and expertise in all phases of development and deployment lifecycle.
* Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix.
* A working knowledge of the MS office suite.
* Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated focus on customer service and responsiveness with sound customer handling skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
* Active DoD Secret clearance.
