Job Description
General Responsibilities
Responsible for building, managing and developing talent within the group of field GMs and Store Managers in order to foster a high performing culture and holds all direct reports accountable for the effective management of their teams.
* Issue and update all policies and procedures within their region
* Ensure audit, legal and regulatory compliance within the region
* Maintain clean deal and paperwork flow minimizing missing documents and reducing deal flow cycle time.
* Oversee the F&I process including compliance, products and pricing within their region
* Manage the pricing process to minimize holding cost within their region
* Develop and manage all vendor relationships within their region
* Ensure retail employee productivity levels are met.
* Manage the licensing and real estate process.
* Continue implementation of the overall process improvement process within Hertz Car Sales.
* Conduct the retail performance reviews.
* Ensure industry leading NPS.
* Validate forecast and financial results.
Be a key contributor to the overall retail strategy development for their region
Essential Requirements
Educational Background:
4 year college degree in business/economics, Advanced Degree preferred.
Professional Experience:
Comprehensive retail and wholesale remarketing experience
Knowledge:
Retail and Wholesale automotive market

* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Effectively interact with all levels of the organization from Senior Management to local operations.
