JOB SUMMARY:
Receives all tooth and related parts orders from customers, fills orders, and prepares for same day shipment. Interacts with Sales Reps on a regular basis regarding status of customer orders. Handles related customer service issues. Performs general functions including receiving, put away, replenishment, returns, damages, and inventory control. Required to assist with taking periodic inventory, typically on a quarterly basis or as required, on an after business hours basis.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Receives incoming calls to place customer tooth and related parts orders. Also receives orders by fax and online systems. Reviews to ensure all required customer and product information is specified and contacts customers for clarifications if necessary.
* Fills all customer orders by picking the appropriate products specified or coordinates drop shipments with vendors to have products shipped directly to customer. Responsible for maintaining 100% accuracy.
* Processes all filled customer orders to ship in the same day. Uses online systems to track location of shipments.
* Interacts with Sales Reps on a regular basis regarding status of customer orders.
* Receives telephone calls from customers to answer inquiries on various issues, including orders, bills, and shipments, and handles other related customer service issues.
* Generates purchase orders to replenish inventory.
* Performs general functions including receiving, put away, replenishment, returns, damages, and inventory control for teeth and related parts.
* Required to assist with taking periodic inventory, typically on a quarterly basis or as required, on an after business hours basis.
* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Qualification
Experience:
One year general warehouse experience or the equivalent required.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Attention to detail, accuracy and basic computer skills.
