Our team develops world class decision models that implement policy in the form of business rules that are transparent, logical, and easy to maintain, and deliver those business rules via transformative enterprise decision services to support the evaluation of loans throughout the loan life cycle.



Your Impact:

In this role, you will be expected to:

* Implement the Decision Model methodology to manage business logic (e.g. rules) for the enterprise decision management service used by applications and business processes throughout Freddie Macs largest line of business, the Single-Family business

* Iterate through business requests and perform impact analysis

* Write user stories based on business-driven functionality as well as technical capabilities

* Promote direct conversations across the team and work closely with both product (business) and IT

* Author Business Rules and work with test teams to ensure expected behavior

* Develop, execute, and analyze SIT test suites to ensure final product meets business request

* Share ideas for process improvements and automation opportunities

* Participate in cross-training initiatives that enhance the cross functional abilities of the team



Qualifications:

* Typically has minimum of 0-2 years related experience

* College Degree or equivalent work experience

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Knowledge of business rules or Business requirements is preferred

* Mortgage Industry or Financial Services Experience is preferred
