As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition COE, you will establish robust diversity and inclusion programs, processes and sourcing strategies to support recruiting efforts across the enterprise, resulting in a pipeline of qualified, diverse talent. You will be accountable for partnering with Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion departments, in addition to business unit leaders, to understand current issues, and develop solutions. This role will analyze our recruitment processes, tools, and technology to ensure we have the ability to attract, present, and hire qualified, diverse talent into our organization.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Design and implement active and passive sourcing strategies to ensure diverse candidate slates.
Act as the diverse talent sourcing expert, specific to passive recruiting and expanding the talent pipeline.
Build and foster diverse pipelines of qualified internal and external talent
Build partnerships with affinity groups and secondary schools, while identifying new opportunities to source and attract diverse talent
Research and create market maps of high priority talent pipelines
Assess processes and analyze patterns to identify and eliminate any potential unconscious biases.
Develop and analyze metrics at each step of the recruiting process to ensure any biases or barriers are uncovered and addressed.
Partner with internal resource groups and functional teams to organize sourcing sessions and diversity focused events.
Select and manage vendors and external partnerships specific to enabling our D&I recruitment efforts
Full life cycle recruiting for select roles when necessary
Provide a source of best practice knowledge and recommendations for diverse candidate pre-boarding
Continue to enhance the campus recruitment program by partnering with business leaders to develop, implement and oversee college recruiting plans that meet our hiring goals for direct college hires and the internship program
Design and implement strategies and tools to ensure there is minimal bias in the interview process
Act as a diversity, equity, and inclusion resource for the greater Talent Acquisition organization
Upskill TA and HR teams in regards to any D&I related recruitment activity
Analyze diversity labor supply and demand data for new plant builds, and develop diversity recruitment plan specific to the location
Position Requirements:
Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college degree level education or work-related.
Job related experience for 7-10 year(s) or more as a TA professional with significant autonomy and scope of responsibilities in the area of TA.
Experience in developing and scaling recruitment strategies, preferably around D&I, as necessary based on business requirements
Experience with a broad scope of cloud based systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
Experience in bringing TA best practices to improve sourcing and pipelining; experience in developing and executing a successful sourcing model.
Experience in negotiating and managing comprehensive contracts with vendors/suppliers related to TA.
Strong knowledge of the following areas:

Compensation & Benefits
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $97,500 - $132,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.)
This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
