Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual, currently working within a finance and accounting leadership role, who has a history of cultivating collaborative cross-functional partnerships, to lead our growth. This is a high impact role reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Finance Operations Americas. Success in this role involves an ability to think critically and creatively, support a fast-paced organization, plan and execute effectively. This role involves significant interaction with the broader global finance group, legal & policy teams, sales organization, etc. You should also expect to handle day-to-day operations to support finances efforts with partners across all sales channels, develop and execute on strategic partner initiatives and build relationships with key agency customers in the market.

Financial Operations Director - Revenue Responsibilities

* Work closely with the Sales teams and finance global teams around the world to support the finance operations, accounting and compliance function for our business

* Develop strong stakeholder relationships with sales, policy & other teams, maintaining effective communication channels

* Maintain continuous alignment of our wider team efforts on projects which have high impact on Facebooks finance and accounting processes, employee and customer experiences

* Continuously assess the impact of the ever evolving business landscape on our business

* Lead finance operations efforts for our business as the landscape changes

* Be an active member of the Leadership Team, lead partnership efforts across the region, acting as a cross functional leader across our business

* Build relationships with key partners, and other constituents at executive levels

Minimum Qualifications

* 12+ years of corporate finance operations experience

* Significant & relevant experience in multi-national, high-growth public companies or in large accounting firms

* Experience partnering with leaders to bring focus, goals setting, and team execution

* Leadership experience with in optimizing employee engagement, growth outlook, and communication

* Experience building relationships with key external and internal stakeholders and business leaders

* Broad business understanding including sales and marketing, particularly in the internet/advertising space

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA from a leading academic institution preferred
