Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Production Control Clerk (PCC)
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant/Production Control Clerk (PCC) in Washington, DC. The PCC will provide data input/output in a facility Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Use Maximo
* Create work orders
* Modify work orders
* Complete work orders
* Print and sort monthly preventive maintenance orders for following month
* Run reports
* Create new reports
* Perform database inquiries to extract requested information
* Update and electronically distribute routine and ad hoc reports containing statistical information related to work orders.
* Create statistical reports as needed or directed.
* Receive service calls via email, telephone, and in person and then create work orders and dispatch service technicians appropriately.
* Schedule work, in consultation with supervisors.
* Enter and retrieve information from J.D. Edwards, as related to purchasing and timekeeping.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* 3 to 6 years of Office experience and data entry.
* Knowledge of CMMS/Maximo is beneficial.
* Must be able to obtain a HSPD-12 security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access.
* Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Work must be accurate and timely.
* Attendance and timeliness are key performance indicators.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including working with difficult customers and coworkers.
* Able to create and modify Excel spreadsheets.
* Able to use Microsoft Word and Lotus Notes.
* Able to use J.D. Edwards Enterprise 9.0
