Southern Industrial is looking for a Receptionist for our Raleigh, NC office.

* Serve visitors by greeting and welcoming them appropriately.
* Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
* Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.
* Seal, stamp and bring outgoing mail to the post office.
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
* Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
* Perform data entry and general administrative tasks when required.
* Receive and distribute all incoming faxes.
* Maintain/inventory small supply closet.
* Address and sent UPS/FEDEX packages as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multi task and work both independently and collaboratively.
* Minimum 2 years receptionist experience.
* Computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
