Job Title: Inspections Regional Manager
The primary function of this role is to oversee all aspects of the Inspection Department in the eastern region including training, supervision, and quality control of the Inspectors located at designated branch offices in Metro DC; Harrisburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA and Reading, PA.
The Inspection Regional Manager must ensure that the company satisfies the costumer's requirements so that the customer receives quality, timely inspections while keeping up with the established standards and staying compliant with NFPA requirements. Travel to designated branch offices on a rotating schedule is a must. This position reports to the Vice President of the Service & Inspection Division.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

* Responsible for design and implementation of quality procedures to ensure that inspections are performed efficiently while meeting NFPA standards and customer satisfaction.
* Responsible for implementing programs designed to meet or exceed corporate objectives in the areas of revenue, sales, margin, and operating income.
* Ensure contractual obligations are met.
* Actively participate in quickly resolving customer problems.
* Responsible for insuring that all field work is completed on time, within budget, and in a manner that meets customer expectations.
* Responsible for setting fair and manageable assignments for assigned personnel.
* Ensure that effective performance measures are assigned, and that employees are motivated to achieve and exceed objectives in a professional, timely, and quality manner.
* Organize and develop an effective team to efficiently deliver service and to grow the business.
* Responsible for finding quality individuals who possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience required.
* Identify areas where training and development will enhance the opportunity to meet current and future business needs.
* Perform employee evaluations to identify areas of improvement, and implement necessary development and training programs or other appropriate actions.
* Responsible for employee compliance with corporate safety programs.
Qualifications:

Education / Work Experience:
* High school diploma or GED is required.
* 7+ years of experience in the Fire Protection and/or Inspection field is required.
* Knowledge of NFPA 10, 13, 25, and 72 is required.
Computer Skills:
* Significant experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) applications required.
