Job Title:

Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The position must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously. Provides overall leadership to the LDS Church account team across the portfolio. Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining account related CMMS data, quality control & inspection program, routine and adhoc reporting, and financial management of the account. Must establish and maintain excellent working relationships with members of the account team to include managers, facility support personnel and our respective clients. Must establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all EFS departments, including EFO, ECSC, EMCOR Land, Jan and Snow teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manages team responsible for managing CMMS activity and tasks related but limited to:
* PM Calendars
* Task labor estimates
* Vendor onboarding
* Manages employees responsible for all subcontracted work activity to include contract scope and necessary documentation is in place, PO issuance, and overall performance against assigned targets and contractual metrics
* Manages monthly operational and financial performance and partners with Finance to develop necessary remedy plans to ensure compliance to contractual and client requirements.
* Partners with Finance to prepares annual operating budgets and ensures compliance within
* Ensures all routine and adhoc operational and financial reports are produced timely and accurately and that any required explanations or information are provided to the client
* Routine communication with client
* Ensure all site management and operations are in compliance with company and client standards
* Recommend continuous quality improvement practices

Education:

4 year college degree or equivalent work experience

Qualifications:

* 5-7 years of experience in a professional, fast paced environment.
* Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
* Experience with operations and maintenance for Corporate Commercial Space Industry is preferred.
