* 100% onsite position.
* Hardware break/fix repair on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile device(iOS)
* Software installations, repairs, reconfigurations, troubleshooting
* Microsoft Windows 10, SCCM, AD, Bitlocker
* Microsoft Office 365 suite
* McAfee troubleshooting
* Peripheral installations
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* 2 year on site support in a professional environment.
* High School Diploma.
* Strong communication skills.
* Detail Oriented.
* US Citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
* Windows 10 SCCM builds
* Bachelors or 3-5 years information technology support
* Lenovo hardware repair certification a plus, not required
* HP printer repair
* Lenovo support
* CompTIA A+.
