Delta is seeking a Senior Product Manager of Digital Sitewide Products for Delta.com and the Fly Delta App based in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate has prior experience in overseeing product development and enhancements of digital platforms, managing multiple projects, and acting as a conduit between the business, 3rd party vendors, and IT. The responsibilities include the ability to manage the sitewide product portfolio (navigation, login, privacy/regulatory compliance, browser support) including the development lifecycle, partnering to develop business needs into UI/UX designs and initiating development with engineering teams, and helping drive privacy and experiences in the best interest of the customer. Candidates must also possess strong communication skills and a proven technical product management acumen.
Responsibilities
* Business owner of browser support, navigation, and login capabilities on Delta.com and the Fly Delta App, along with privacy and regulatory compliance across consumer facing digital ecosystem
* Partner with business groups and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify user friction and needs, define product roadmap, develop and prioritize features & backlog, and ensure development timelines and budget
* Define features and benefits of new solutions and ensure they are properly communicated to all project stakeholders
* Manage upgrades and maintenance of all products in portfolio
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

High School diploma or GED equivalent
5 years experience in product management
Experience building large scale eCommerce and digital platform features
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic industry
Proven ability to implement technology projects into enterprises including evidence of adoption and/or ROI
Experience with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
Work closely with teams on premises, but can facilitate long distance relationships and communicate project status back to the broader group
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Bachelors Degree or 5 plus years of relevant experience
Post graduate degree in Engineering or Business
Prior work experience in Travel or Hospitality commercial operations
Experience with optimizing code for improved load experience
Understanding of browser nuances such as Intelligent Tracking Protection
Work experience with privacy regulation such as GDPR and CCPA
Proficient understanding of web and mobile app development
Background in site personalization and authentication
