AWS Infrastructure/DevOps Architect (Solution Manager)

The work you'll do

* Manage or consult with clients on technologies as it pertains to integration of the ERP system
* Architect cloud implementations, upgrades, migrations, and change requests on client cloud environments
* Responsible for the design and implementation of DevOps capabilities using CI/CD automation and toolsets
* Install, configure, automate, and monitor various Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
* Provide high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff
* Mentor and guide junior level resources

The Cloud Engineering Team

Our Cloud Engineering team focuses on enabling our client's end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, with opportunities in the areas of: Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. We help our clients see the transformational capabilities of Cloud as an opportunity for business enablement and competitive advantage.

Cloud Engineering supports our clients as they improve agility and resilience and identifies opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation by enabling Cloud. We accelerate our clients towards a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions and Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
* 10 years of experience planning, architecting, and implementing AWS Cloud environments
* Strong experience with designing and deploying AWS Services like Elastic Compute (EC2), Storages (S3, EBS, EFS, Glacier and AWS Storage Gateway) and RDS
* Experience managing teams to build and deploy micro services-based applications with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment tools and processes
* Experience in Windows Active Directory design and implementation across AWS cloud environments
* AWS Management Services experience (CloudWatch, ELB, EC2 autoscaling, CloudTrail and AWS Config), AWS workspaces, and AWS directory Services
* Demonstrated experience in AWS storage encryption, data at rest, and data in transit
* Must live in or be willing to relocate to Lake Mary, FL, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Gilbert, AZ area
* Must be able to travel up to 20% (while 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Preferred Qualifications

* AWS Certification(s)
* Experience with cloud migrations
* Experience with other cloud providers
* Active US Government Security Clearance
